A multiplexer of this type actually only acts as a switch 16 to a 1.
The 4 digital pins are used to set high or low, (binary Y0-Y15) to determine which input pin is connected to pin "Z".
The control input S0-S3 is set to low "logic level 0", the signal C0 is connected to the output Z. Multiplexer 16 Channels
