4. What is Arduino?

Arduino is an open-source computer hardware and software company, project and user community that designs and manufactures kits for building digital devices and interactive objects that can sense and control the physical world. The project is based on a family of microcontroller board designs manufactured primarily by SmartProjects in Italy,and also by several other vendors, using various 8-bit Atmel AVR microcontrollers or 32-bit Atmel ARM processors. These systems provide sets of digital and analog I/O pins that can be interfaced to various extension boards and other circuits. 12. How much time do I have to return your product?

If you are not satisfied with a product you bought at ArduBotics Shop, for whatever reason, it is possible to return it for refund within 14 days of receipt.

13. What I need to do FIRST when I want to return product to ArduBotics Shop?

You must first advise us by email: support@ardubotics.eu . Then we will provide you with RMA number. Without RMA number you can not get your refound, or return your product under warranty to us. 

14. What is RMA number?

return merchandise authorization (RMA) is a part of the process of returning a product in order to receive a refund, replacement, or repair during the product's warranty period. The purchaser of the product must contact the manufacturer (or distributor or retailer) to obtain authorization to return the product. The resulting RMA number must be displayed on or included in the returned product's packaging; no returns are accepted without this number.

The issuance of an RMA is a key gatekeeping moment in the reverse logistics cycle, providing the vendor with a final opportunity to diagnose and correct the customer's problem with the product (such as improper installation or configuration) before it is returned. As returns are costly for the vendor and inconvenient for the customer, any return that can be prevented benefits both parties.

15. What else do I need to do when returning a product?

The product must then be returned in its original packaging (in perfect condition for resale) with its receipt and a small note for the reason of the return and your RMA number.

16. Is it possible to return any Kit sold when they are assembled, soldered or modified?

Kits are not refundable once assembled. Robot parts, 3d printing parts and arduino kits requiring assembly or soldering are also not refundable once assembled, soldered or modified in any way.

17. Can I return or exchange 3D print or Robot software or books?

All sales of 3d print or robotic software and books are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged. 

18. When will be my money refunded?

Please note that all items will be reimbursed within 7 days of receiving the product (shipping fees excluded).

19. Do I need to cover cost of shipping when returning product?

 You must cover the shipping cost of returning the product.

20. In what case do we pay for shipment return?

Shipping fees will only be refunded if the return is a result of a shipping error on our part.

21. What is time for dispatching shipment?

Packages are generally dispatched within 1-2 days after receipt of payment.

23. Can you group two distinct orders placed separately?

We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

24. Do you provide tracking number for shipment?

 Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with tracking number to see your package online.

26. What is Warranty for your products?

We offer garanutee for products which are guaranteed in accordance with the law and the guarantee established by the manufacturers that have warranty card. The right to use the guarantee is achieved by presenting the original invoice and warranty card. The buyer shall keep the warranty card and account. Date of invoice date is the start of the activation of guarantees. In the case of the issuance of the guarantee paper manufacturer which guarantees the safety of products during the specified time the customer can, if the product is defective, require that the product is in within a reasonable period correctly replaced or ask for the refund of the purchased product.

It is important to note that the warranty does not apply to the 3D printer, Arduino and robot kits after they are partially or fully assembled.
Malfunction of the product resulting from improper use and / or failure to comply with instructions is not covered by the warranty.

All prices indicated are in European currency (€ - EURO), American dollar ($) or Croatian currency (HRK - kuna).

Price is clearly visible by adding products to cart on purchase (order process and creating your user account).
Prices may vary without notice. Price changes depend on our manufacturers, suppliers and inflation dollars. Our prices may contain typographical errors. If the error occurred, we reserve the right to charge the product at our purchase price including the costs and taxes, and inform the customer about the reason for such an error and correct the situation, seeking a buyer if the order is carried out in the revised price or the order is canceled.
